Abigail Kirsch 2016 Menu photo shoot

Last week was the week for our annual menu shoot for Abigail Kirsch Catering.  It’s one of my favorite shoots of the year.  It is absolutely amazing how dedicated everybody on the AK team is to their food, both for taste and presentation.   Alison Awerbuch is the brains and creative force behind the dishes with all the chefs helping in the creations and working hard on this collaboration.

I am so impressed every year by the sheer amount of effort and dedication that goes into the dishes.  Every tiny detail is thought though and altered and tasted and re-tasted until each dish is perfect.  All the food we shoot is prepared just the way it’s served (no fake anything, no enhancements, everything is real – and delicious!).  Each dish will look exactly like the photos when served to guests!

You can tell that Abigail Kirsch really is all about the food for their clients with a new current menu every year and an amazing amount of work, energy and effort going into the new items.  Our photoshoot is the culmination of a long process every year when the dishes are ready for the world and so many clients in 2016.

I can’t wait to taste these dishes again at many events this year.    Any client, couple, or guest who is lucky enough to be at one of Abigail Kirsch’s events will certainly be in for a treat again this year!

The photos here are from last year’s shoot and the current 2015-2016 menu.  I will repost the new photos once the menu is official and live with Abigail Kirsch!  Stay tuned.

    Thanks- Janet

    • Not only are the photos stunning for the photo shoot, but the menu is consistantly delicious and just as beautiful at an Abigail Kirsch event, serving 100 or 1200 guests! That doesn’t happen by chance! Congratulations!
